The spirit of a bonsai through an industrial lens. The trunk and branches are serrated steel, shaped, bent and twisted into place with fire. Each canopy is assembled from dozens of individually cut pieces welded with silicon bronze. The poplar and cedar base sits on a five-peg steel frame.
